There was some discussion about that on the comments attached to deleted images *sigh* But we all die, and our body will be recycled in one way or another. The image shows the flies helping to recycle the gerbil - a vital process.

But even if I had *no* particular reason to post the photo - it should not be deleted just because somebody does not like it. ::)

Um. You could be right. I had thought that that paragraph applied to human corpses. But I could be wrong. I do not know why DA instantly locked the thread - the subject may well be of interest to others. It certainly puzzles me.

They locked the thread because a) you linked to stuff that dA has stated they don't allow b) you asked a question you should have asked the helpdesk, and c) you posted in a forum meant for general discussion.
